What payments do you accept?

Our preferred method of payment is Paypal- it is easy and secure.

We also accept credit card payments via Paypal or through our checkout page.

We accept Bank Deposit transfers but please note that your purchased item will not be dispatched until payment is received.

Do I receive an invoice for the items I purchase?

Yes we will include a hardcopy invoice when we send your item. A softcopy invoice can be found in your account.

Do your displayed prices include GST?

Yes all prices are GST inclusive.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes if the items haven't already been sent. Please contact us immediately as we strive to dispatch orders within 1 business day. Please shoot us an email at Make sure you type either "Cancel Order" or "Change Order" in the subject field so we will look at these emails first.

Do you have all items on your website in stock?

Yes we have all items listed on our website in stock. We update the listing daily but should the item you purchased be out of stock we will notify you immediately via phone or email. We will not post the order until we have contacted you. You will have the option to cancel the order and have the money refunded to you or have another similar item sent to you.

Wrong item received or damaged

If you have received an incorrect item as to the one you purchased on our website or was damaged during the post please contact us immediately either by email, phone or facebook message. We will have the item exchanged or credit the balance to your account once we receive the returned item.

Do you do alterations?

We do not provide alteration services for our items.

Delivery Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)

If your order has been sent via normal Australia Post, expect your item to arrive in between 3-7 business days. Where we have used Australia Post's Express Post your parcel should arrive the next Business Day depending on your postcode. If your postcode is not within Australia Post's Express network your parcel should arrive as soon as possible.

Tracking Numbers for my Order

After we send a parcel we will email you the tracking number for your parcel and notify you that it has been sent. You can also find the tracking number for your parcel inside your account.

Over the phone orders

You are welcome to call us for any queries you have about our products and place the order over the phone. If this is the case please pay for the goods through bank deposit or paypal. We do not accept credit card payment over the phone.

Why are your sizes different from item to item?

We source our products from different manufacturers so the sizing can vary from style to style. Because of this we have measured each style separately to allow you to purchase the correct size you need and not by guessing.
