Exchange and Returns Policy

Kids Formal Shop Return Policy

This policy applies only to items purchased at www.kidsformalshop.com.au

We will NOT accept returns for products where you have changed your mind. If you purchased a product from our website, and the item has not been dispatched, please contact us IMMEDIATELY to have the item changed or to cancel the order. Where this is the case please email us at info@kidsformalshop.com.au

We will accept returns for faulty or incorrect products purchased online within 14 days from date of receiving item. Items must be in its original condition when returned to us (unworn, odour free and tags intact). If used items are sent to us, they will not be exchanged or credited and will be returned under customer's expense. This policy applies only to products purchased from the website www.kidsformalshop.com.au for delivery within Australia.

Please note that faulty or incorrect items are compensated via exchange or refund.

Exchanges are allowed only ONCE per item.

All free items are not eligible for exchange or return.

What happens if my product is faulty?

Kids Formal Shop takes extreme care in ensuring our products are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products, we would like to help you resolve the problem. In all instances where the product may be faulty, please contact us via email (info@kidsformalshop.com.au) or phone (0420 522 372) and we will advise and assist with the returns process. Please note that all return postage is paid for by the buyer and we will cover the cost of posting the item back to you.

How do I return an item?

All you need you to do is follow these steps and we’ll take care of the rest.

1. Contact us to verify that your item can be exchanged or refunded. You can reach us via email (info@kidsformalshop.com.au) or via phone (0420 522 372).

2. Once your item has been confirmed for exchanged or refund by us, post the item via Australia Post to:

Your job is done, now we’ll take care of the rest.

Give us 10 business days to receive your return, once we have your package we will promptly have it exchanged / refunded.

How long will it take to receive my exchanged item / credit / refund?

Sometimes packages can take a little while to get back to us, so please allow up to 15 business days for us to process your return for exchange / credit / refund. We'll be doing our best to exchange your item / credit / refund your account as soon as the package is in our hands.

My item arrived later than expected. Can I get a refund, credit or exchange?

We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving an order. If your item arrives late for its intended use we cannot refund, credit or exchange your item as we have already tried our best to dispatch your item/s as soon as possible. Before purchasing items, please take into consideration the amount of time parcels will generally arrive to your designated address and provide extra time for delays. Usually regular parcels are expected to arrive within 3 - 7 business days. We also offer express postage for an extra cost using Australia Post's next day express network. If you choose to select this option please double check that your postcode is within the next day delivery network. You can find more information about this at the Australia Post website.

Who gets credited / refunded if I return a gift?

The credit / refund will be credited to the original account used to purchase the gift.
