Packages are generally dispatched within 24 business hours after payment is received and are shipped via Australia Post with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with tracking details via email.

Any additional delivery fees that may be added on checkout (e.g. express post) include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items into one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and delivery fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

If you select Express Postage at checkout please make sure you are aware of the Express Post Delivery Network as next day deliveries are subject to vary according to your postcode. You can find more information at the Australia Post website. Please complete your purchase before 11am on any business day to ensure same day pickup as the driver will complete his rounds at 3pm. We may use multiple express satchels to keep costs down if your order doesn't fit into one satchel.

For large orders over 5kg in weight we may use other couriers such as Fastway to deliver your items. Tracking will be provided in these instances and will be adequately packaged to ensure your items will arrive to you in tip-top condition.

*Tracking will be provided for all orders over $50 value. Orders less than $50 may not have tracking available.

**All items ordered online are thoroughly checked by our team before dispatch. Damage includes any loose or ripped seams, dirty patches or edges, missing buttons, broken zippers.
